1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only eligible if

The product is damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
The product is expired at the time of delivery

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

3. Replacement Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Opened or used products
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Failure to follow usage instructions

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
